BAKARE FARUQ Esq (LLb. (Unilorin), BL.(NLS), Masters In International Law and Diplomacy (UNILAG), LLM( OOU, in view). Faruq has over Ten (10) years post call experience in several areas of legal practice. He is passionate about litigation. He graduated from University of Ilorin and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School to earn his BL certificate, his interest in Law has motivated him to continue engage in different Law related Masters courses and certifications , such as MILD, LLM e.t.c

He is also an certified member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners(BRIPAN) He currently holds the position of senior Associate at Honor and Valor and he has appeared at all levels of the Nigerian courts in many technical and highly challenging cases. He has vast practical knowledge in analysing, planning, review and civil litigation. Faruq has worked with several erudite law firms situate in different part of Nigeria. He began his pupilage at Yusuf Ali (SAN)& Co (Ilorin), later moved to Saliu Adebayo (Ibadan) and to Difigland Partner(Lagos) where he became the Head of Civil Litigation department before becoming a senior Associate.at Honor and Valor.

Over his years of practice he has become an expert and created a niche for himself in Banking Reforms Matters, Debt Recovery cases and other civil matters, having personally handled several matters for the CBN, NDIC, AMCON and other commercial institutions from the trial court to the Appellate Courts. Faruq has distinguished himself in numerous areas of law, with specializations encompassing Corporate Governance, Financial Tech Law, international trade law, Commercial Law e.tc . His dedication to legal excellence and his breadth of expertise underscore his standing as a formidable force in the legal profession.
