Akinpelu Alexander Ogunbona / Managing Partner

Mr. Akinpelu Ogunbona has over ten (10) years post call experience in several areas of legal practice. He is passionate about litigation and is a great mentor to younger Counsel in his chambers.
He is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Nigeria.

He is currently the Managing Partner at Honor&Valor Law and he has appeared at all levels of the Nigerian courts in many technical and highly challenging cases. He has vast practical knowledge in analysing, planning, review and litigating criminal and civil litigation. He is also an astute and dedicated researcher, diligent in pursuing and exploring legal knowledge in resolving complex legal issues.

He also has over 8 years of Private Property and commercial law practice in form of debt recovery for Banks and defence of Banks in Banker Customer Litigations and related practice thereto. Till date, he has several Judgments delivered in his favour both at Magistrate Courts, High Courts including Federal High Court of Nigeria, Court of Appeal Nigeria while recoveries in various sums have been made through arbitration, mediation, settlements and execution of Judgment where necessary.
