Mr. Olaoluwa E. Ale-Daniel has over 25 years post-call experience in several areas of legal practice. He is passionate about litigation and is a great mentor to other Counsel in his chambers. He has appeared at all levels of the Nigerian courts in many technical and highly challenging cases and has vast practical knowledge in criminal and civil litigation.

He is also an astute and dedicated researcher, diligent in pursuing and exploring legal knowledge in resolving complex legal issues. With over 16 years of commercial practice, he has handled debt recovery for banks and defended banks in banker–customer litigations. Till date, he has secured several judgments delivered in his favour at Magistrate Courts, High Courts, Federal High Court, and the Court of Appeal, with a number of cases pending before the Supreme Court.

His expertise spans arbitration, mediation, settlements, and execution of judgments, with recoveries made in various sums. He continues to serve as a mentor, and the firm consults him periodically for guidance in legal practice.
